Posted in Tech by Neil Koster on March 12, 2009

Created by University of  New South Wale’s Anton Grimes, the Scooter link system allows pre-registered members to be able to arrive, put in a code, take the electric powered scooter and ride it for the paid period. When you’re done simply put it back into one of the many docking hubs around Sydney for recharging. This invention won Grimes recognition at the Australian International Design Awards. Very nice and eco-friendly!

FYI- From each country, the project which receives the most votes will get an automatic entry as a shortlist and the chance to win the grand prize of £10,000 for themselves and another £10,000 for their university!
