Adobe Sheds 600 Employees

You know it’s bad when the “big boys”, make that the “Stable big boys” start to lay off workforce. Adobe have moved to cut costs ahead of bad sales forecasts for the next 6 months. This represents under 10% of the Adobe workforce and is significant in that it has signalled the stall of it’s growth and the entry into serious recession. The Layoff tracker at TechCrunch reports these casualties will bring the total Tech Sector jobs lost since August 2008 to 76’000. Times are bad people
